User flow
To build an easy-to-use and clean system with a big amount of features and modules, we need to prioritize and structure the information. This allows us to meaninfully place pieces of information on every page.

Information Architecture
Next, we analyzed the product competitors to get familiar with common patterns, and define which decisions can be reused and which ones should be avoided. Since one of the aims of the product was to create a new way of managing cases, we analyzed not only competitors in the legal niche, but also various software from completely different industries, but which perform the same tasks that we needed

UI Design
General
We focused on creating an elegant and intuitive design that allows photographers to quickly find and manage their files. The dashboard offers a clean view of current tasks, upcoming appointments, and recent client interactions.


How we created the Design System
To build an easy-to-use and clean system with a big amount of features and modules, we need to prioritize and structure the information. This allows us to meaninfully place pieces of information on every page and create self-exploratory layout even for system with high load of content.

Final Result
General
The platform significantly reduced administrative work and improved workflow efficiency. It allowed the client to manage files, clients, and appointments from one system, freeing more time for creative work.

Photo Management and Storage
The platform includes a secure, high-capacity storage system for organizing and storing high-resolution images. Each photo can be tagged and categorized by client, date, or project, making it easy to retrieve specific images when needed.


Client Management
Allows the photographer to create and manage client profiles, including contact details, session history, and special requests. This feature makes it easier to personalize each client interaction and access relevant information quickly.
